The future of XDAO: transition to the unified $DAO token and suspension of public $XDAO trading

Dear XDAO ecosystem members,

We’re excited to share some important updates about the project’s development and upcoming changes. The XDAO team has made a strategic decision to strengthen our ecosystem and lay the groundwork for a new phase of growth and opportunities. As part of this process, we are introducing the unified $DAO token and transitioning to a new operational model

What will happen to the $XDAO token?

1. Delisting from BingX and MEXC exchanges

Public trading of the $XDAO token will be suspended
Delisting date: December 9, 2024
Before this date, token holders must withdraw their tokens from exchanges to cold wallets

2. $XDAO will remain transferable on the blockchain

You will still be able to move $XDAO within the blockchain

3. Transition to $DAO

All $XDAO tokens will be proportionately exchanged for $DAO after the Token Generation Event (TGE)
Wallets in the TON network will be requested additionally before TGE
This will create a unified tokenomics model and strengthen our position within the rapidly growing ecosystem

Why is this important?

The launch of the unified $DAO token is a crucial step for scaling XDAO. Our goal is to make XDAO the leading platform for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and lay the foundation for managing the digital assets of the future. This transition will:

Simplify the token structure within the ecosystem
Strengthen liquidity and attract both institutional and retail investors
Unlock new opportunities for XDAO users and partners

We understand that any changes may raise questions or concerns, but this step is focused entirely on improving the ecosystem. Together with you, we are building the future of DAOs: transparent, accessible, and secure

What do $XDAO holders need to do?

1. Withdraw all tokens from BingX and MEXC by December 9, 2024

After this date, $XDAO will no longer be available for trading on these exchanges
We recommend using cold wallets for safe token storage

2. Consider OTC deals

Private sales of tokens are possible through OTC and other methods

3. Prepare for the $XDAO-to-$DAO swap

After the TGE, you’ll be able to exchange your $XDAO tokens for the new $DAO token

4. Get free access to XDAO functionality

After December 9, 2024 and before TGE, access to full XDAO functionality will not require $XDAO tokens
